Sales Executive

The Sales Executive promotes prepaid and postpaid SIM cards, data plans and related telecom services through direct customer engagement and assigned sales locations. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, explaining current offers, processing registrations correctly and contributing to daily and monthly sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote telecom products and plans through field sales, retail outlets, kiosks and approved promotional activities.
• Explain offers, package features and terms, and help customers choose a suitable service.
• Complete SIM registration, customer onboarding and KYC verification in line with applicable requirements.
• Maintain daily sales records, stock accountability and updates on assigned performance targets.
• Respond to customer questions and service concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with supervisors on sales performance, schedules, campaigns and outlet operations.
• Protect company assets and SIM stock while following all applicable policies and telecom rules.

Requirements and Qualifications

• One to three years of telecom, retail or direct-sales experience is preferred.
• A high school qualification is acceptable; a Business or Marketing qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in UAE telecom sales is helpful.
• Applicants should be flexible to work shifts, kiosks, retail outlets or field locations.
• Fluent English is expected; Hindi, Arabic or Urdu can be an advantage.
