Technical Recruiter

Landmark Group is looking for a Technical and Product Recruiter to support hiring across Logistiq’s Technology and Product organization. The role goes beyond candidate sourcing and requires close partnership with engineering managers, product managers, architects and senior technology leaders. The recruiter will translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies, assess candidates and build strong pipelines across multiple technology and product disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, technical requirements, seniority and candidate profiles.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and product positions across multiple levels.
• Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Source candidates through professional networks, databases, direct outreach and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screening covering technical experience, problem-solving exposure, role fit, career progression and motivation.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Work closely with engineering, product and architecture stakeholders to calibrate role expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, candidate communication and recruitment process stages.
• Maintain accurate applicant information and provide hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment-market research and talent mapping for difficult technology roles.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience recruiting technology and/or product professionals.
• Good understanding of technical roles, skill sets and career levels.
• Hands-on sourcing capability and strong candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical job requirements and distinguish relevant candidate profiles.
• Proactive, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.
