Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review contract scopes, tender documents and commercial requirements.
• Evaluate bids and identify contractual, commercial and execution risks.
• Support negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor contract performance, variations, claims and obligations.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance and project teams.
• Maintain contract records and support risk mitigation and closeout.

Candidate Profile

• Required experience: 10-15+ Years.
• Educational qualification: B.Sc. Engineering or Quantity Surveying; contract/project management qualification desirable.
• Relevant capabilities: Prepare and review contract scopes, tender documents and commercial requirements, Evaluate bids and identify contractual, commercial and execution risks, Support negotiations with contractors and suppliers, Monitor contract performance, variations, claims and obligations.
• Strong communication, teamwork, analytical ability and professional judgment are important.
• Ability to follow HSE requirements, company procedures and applicable industry standards.
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
