Senior Team Manager – Engineering ( Process Mechanical )

Almarai is seeking a capable Senior Team Manager - Engineering ( Process Mechanical ) professional for its operations in Rabigh, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multifunctional engineering team supporting seafood processing and packaging operations.
• Manage breakdowns and maintenance during shifts while protecting safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate planned preventive maintenance to keep equipment performing as required.
• Review equipment deficiencies, determine corrective actions and follow through on improvements.
• Identify technician training needs and maintain the required engineering skills base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–6 years in a similar industry and position.
• food processing/packaging equipment experience.
• Arabic and English.
• maintenance and troubleshooting capability..
