Team Manager ( Seafood )

Almarai is hiring for the position of Team Manager ( Seafood ) in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity for a senior-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead seafood production activities and ensure output meets operational plans and quality requirements.
• Manage staffing, workflow, productivity and team performance within assigned production areas.
• Monitor production quality, hygiene, food safety and compliance with procedures.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, quality and logistics teams to resolve constraints.
• Track output, waste, efficiency and other operational measures and identify improvements.
• Ensure equipment and work areas are used safely and maintained appropriately.
• Coach team members and identify training needs to strengthen operational capability.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.

Requirements

• Relevant seafood/manufacturing operations experience; leadership capability in a production environment; strong understanding of safety, quality, productivity and team performance.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
