Waiter, Nobu By The Beach – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is seeking a Waiter for Nobu by the Beach, an outdoor dining venue with a distinctive Japanese-Peruvian concept. The waiter will help colleagues deliver attentive fine-dining service, provide accurate menu information and ensure a consistent standard of food and beverage service. The role requires a welcoming manner and the ability to support guests in an outdoor restaurant setting.

The position requires at least two years of experience in a similar fine-dining role. Because the venue is outdoors, the successful candidate must also be comfortable working in hot and humid conditions. Clear communication, teamwork and the ability to manage several guest requests are important.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance to colleagues during fine-dining service.
• Welcome guests and respond to requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the complete food and beverage menu.
• Stay informed about promotional activities and explain menu options clearly.
• Monitor food and beverage consistency and raise major concerns with management.
• Coordinate orders and guest preferences with kitchen and service colleagues.
• Maintain a professional approach while working in outdoor heat and humidity.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven track record in a fine-dining restaurant.
