Waiter, Gastronomy – Atlantis The Royal

Atlantis The Royal is seeking a Waiter for Gastronomy. The position provides hands-on support to the restaurant service team and helps ensure guests receive courteous, attentive and consistent service. The waiter should know the food and beverage menu, remain aware of promotional activities and monitor the quality of items being served throughout the guest experience.

The role requires a genuine interest in hospitality and the ability to work confidently with guests from different backgrounds. The successful candidate will coordinate with colleagues, manage multiple service tasks and communicate significant product or guest-service concerns to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive service and practical support to restaurant colleagues.
• Welcome guests and respond to dining requests professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of the full food and beverage menu.
• Stay informed about current promotions and relevant guest offers.
• Monitor the consistency and quality of food and beverage items served.
• Coordinate special requests and orders with kitchen and service teams.
• Escalate major service problems or complaints to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• A proven background in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
