Atlantis The Royal is recruiting a Waiter for Milos. The waiter supports the restaurant team in providing attentive fine-dining service and ensuring that guests receive courteous assistance throughout their visit. The role requires strong menu knowledge, awareness of promotions and close attention to the consistency of food and beverage items served to guests.

The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to supporting colleagues and maintaining service standards. Guest questions should be handled professionally, requests should be communicated clearly and major complaints or concerns about product quality should be brought to management’s attention.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and attentive service to guests throughout their meal.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues during restaurant operations.
• Maintain knowledge of the full food and beverage menu.
• Stay up to date with promotional activities and guest offers.
• Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage items served.
• Coordinate requests with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
• Escalate significant complaints or service issues to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• A proven background in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for guest service.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
