Almarai is hiring for the position of Transport Coordinator [Supply Chain] | in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely dispatch of fresh, UHT/Foods and milk products according to plans.
• Verify products are dispatched to correct destinations and routes.
• Check dispatch documents for completeness and accuracy before shipment.
• Coordinate with operating hubs, transport teams and supply-chain stakeholders.
• Track dispatch schedules and escalate delays, discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for transport and distribution activities.
• Support planning and organization of multiple concurrent transport activities.
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and contribute to departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Recognized computer qualification or high-school diploma; 3-5 years similar experience; strong planning and organization; English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
