Key Accounts Manager ( Food Service )

Almarai is hiring for the position of Key Accounts Manager ( Food Service ) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth of Foodservice sales across strategic customer accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and strategic partners.
• Develop account plans, commercial opportunities and new-business initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate sales teams to deliver customer and revenue performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support pricing, margin and contract decisions.
• Monitor account performance, market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain and operations to ensure service delivery.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 10-15 years overall experience including 5-10 years in foodservice key accounts, FMCG sales management or distribution sales; experience leading sales teams.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
