Senior Production Planner ( Seafood )

Almarai is hiring for the position of Senior Production Planner ( Seafood ) in Rabigh / Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time opportunity for a mid-level professional to contribute to operational excellence, service quality and the organization’s business objectives. The role requires dependable execution, professional communication, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and other departments. Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed production plans using sales forecasts and actual order requirements.
• Optimize processing and packing machine utilization against production requirements.
• Prepare practical daily and weekly plans for operational review meetings.
• Monitor production-plan execution and communicate required changes to relevant departments.
• Ensure plans comply with SOPs and established operating norms.
• Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, quality and maintenance teams.
• Identify capacity, material and scheduling risks and support corrective action.
• Maintain accurate planning records and contribute to production-efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• 2-5 years relevant production planning experience, preferably food/seafood manufacturing; strong planning, forecasting, coordination and machine-utilization skills.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail, with a practical approach to daily priorities.
• Willingness to collaborate across functions and contribute to continuous improvement.
