Associate Manager, Demand & Supply Planning

An Associate Manager role in Jeddah leading demand-planning activities for assigned categories and coordinating commercial and operational stakeholders. The position is focused on building reliable consensus forecasts, protecting product availability and freshness, optimizing inventory and supporting efficient category growth across the cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consensus demand planning for categories within scope.
• Manage the 18-month demand-planning horizon and related MBPC processes.
• Facilitate pre-alignment and sign-off discussions with cluster, sales, marketing and commercial teams.
• Translate category, channel and market dynamics into planning assumptions.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory and availability risks.
• Coordinate with supply and operations teams to address constraints and changes.
• Prepare planning analysis and communicate risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in forecasting and planning processes.

Requirements

• Relevant degree and experience in supply chain, demand planning, forecasting or a related field.
• Strong analytical and business-planning capability.
• Experience working across commercial and operational stakeholders.
• Good understanding of inventory, service level and forecast concepts.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
