Description
The Technical Product Owner for Airport Operations translates business and operational needs into a clear technical backlog. The role works with product, engineering and airport stakeholders to prioritise work, maintain quality requirements and prepare features for delivery in a controlled agile process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria and feature documentation.
- Ensure stories are refined and ready before planning cycles and delivery commitments.
- Capture technical debt, non-functional requirements, business-as-usual needs and dependencies.
- Participate in planning, demonstrations, reviews and technical discovery activities.
- Track risks, quality and delivery measures while maintaining feature integrity.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, product delivery, engineering or airport operations technology.
- Experience translating user or operational needs into clear product requirements.
- Working knowledge of agile planning and software delivery practices.
- Meet the stated Emiratisation and other role-specific eligibility conditions.
Skills
- Backlog management and precise acceptance criteria.
