Team Manager – Rendering

Almarai is seeking a capable Team Manager - Rendering professional for its operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia Region, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage poultry rendering plant operations and coordinate production activities across processing systems.
• Monitor equipment, boilers and thermal oxidizer performance and organize maintenance support.
• Troubleshoot process issues and maintain consistent output from incoming raw materials.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively while reinforcing safe and reliable operating practices.
• Support process improvements and make timely operational decisions when conditions change.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years rendering production, process design or plant operation/maintenance in meat, poultry or fish.
• boiler and thermal oxidizer experience.
• strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills..
