Team Lead – Housekeeping – Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf

The Team Lead – Housekeeping supports the housekeeping operation at Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf by guiding colleagues, maintaining service standards and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently. The role requires hands-on leadership, cultural awareness and a consistent focus on guest experience in a luxury resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily housekeeping activities and allocate work according to operational priorities
• motivate colleagues and lead by example
• monitor room and service standards
• support training and coaching
• communicate with other hotel departments
• help resolve guest requests and service issues
• maintain accurate operational information
• use Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office as required
• and promote a respectful, inclusive and performance-focused working environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably with an international hospitality company, a diploma or degree in hospitality, strong Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud knowledge, and the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures.
