Social Media & PR Executive

Kitopi is hiring a Social Media & PR Executive in Dubai to manage social content, influencer relationships, public relations and performance reporting across multiple markets. The role covers platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube and involves campaign planning, copywriting, community engagement, creator partnerships and brand-reputation support. The successful candidate will work with Brand, Content, Design and senior stakeholders, adapt content to local market requirements and turn performance data and emerging trends into practical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead social content development across major social platforms.
• Plan and execute campaigns for promotions, launches and brand collaborations.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and adapt content to local market and platform requirements.
• Manage community engagement and act as a brand guardian.
• Manage influencer and ambassador programmes across the UAE and KSA.
• Handle creator and agency relationships, negotiations, renewals and performance tracking.
• Monitor social sentiment and brand mentions and escalate emerging issues.
• Draft press releases, announcements and external-facing PR content.
• Contribute to SEO- and AEO-friendly content and monitor F&B, nutrition and wellness trends.
• Prepare performance reports and translate data into recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in social media, PR or a related field.
• Direct influencer, ambassador or creator-partnership experience.
• F&B, retail, hospitality, wellness or consumer-brand experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written English and copywriting skills; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, audience behaviour and performance data.
