Kitchen Supervisor(International Cuisine)

Kitopi is hiring a Kitchen Supervisor – International Cuisine in Dubai to support professional kitchen operations and maintain standards for food quality, consistency, safety and service readiness. The role is focused on supervising kitchen activities, coordinating team members, following established procedures and helping ensure smooth daily production. Candidates should have relevant kitchen experience, strong knowledge of international cuisine and the communication skills needed to work effectively with culinary teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day kitchen activities and support smooth production.
• Ensure recipes, food-quality standards and production procedures are followed.
• Coordinate team members and help maintain efficient station performance.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation and consistency.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation and food-safety requirements.
• Support proper food storage, rotation, labelling and handling.
• Check kitchen equipment and operational readiness.
• Assist management with training, coaching and day-to-day operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and communicate them to management.
• Help maintain a professional, organized and service-ready kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Relevant kitchen or culinary supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of international cuisine.
• Good communication, listening and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, sanitation and kitchen standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
