Senior Relationship Officer – Aayan Banking (Emirati Talent)

The Senior Relationship Officer supports the Aayan Banking portfolio by growing client relationships, attracting deposits and presenting suitable investment and banking solutions. The position focuses on high-net-worth customers, responsive service and long-term retention, while ensuring that recommendations and transactions remain consistent with the bank’s policies and product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed targets for deposits and the sale of approved investment products.
• Develop relationships with existing high-net-worth customers and identify prospective customers whose needs match the bank’s services.
• Present Islamic investment products offered through Aayan Banking and other relevant bank products in a clear, responsible manner.
• Provide a coordinated, one-stop service by following customer requests through to timely completion.
• Maintain regular contact with priority customers by telephone or personal meetings and record interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address service issues promptly, involving the appropriate teams where required.
• Follow bank policies, product processes and internal controls, reporting deviations to the immediate manager.
• Track portfolio activity and customer feedback to support retention, deposit growth and relationship planning.

Requirements and Skills

• At least 3–4 years of experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals and managing a customer portfolio.
• A diploma or university degree is required; a master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, sales and customer-service skills.
• Good organization, confidentiality and the ability to balance commercial goals with customer suitability and policy compliance.
