Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking

Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager – Business Banking to manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients in Dubai. The role combines client acquisition, financial analysis, credit application preparation, portfolio development and relationship management. The successful candidate will understand the financial needs of businesses and identify suitable banking solutions while maintaining strong credit discipline and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new business clients and develop profitable relationships across the assigned market.
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare accurate credit applications to support efficient onboarding and approval.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new banking solutions, alternative channels and value-added services.
• Maintain a comprehensive profile for each client covering current requirements, future needs and relevant risk information.
• Conduct client visits to understand business performance and risk profiles and communicate material changes to approving authorities.
• Grow transaction volumes and strengthen the assigned portfolio through proactive relationship management.
• Apply banking policies, procedures and service standards consistently across all customer interactions.
• Maintain strong internal coordination to deliver quality client outcomes and protect portfolio performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience managing relationships and portfolios of commercial clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of balance-sheet analysis, trade working-capital facilities and business loans.
• Good credit judgement, analytical ability and understanding of commercial banking products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management and customer-service skills.
