Senior Finance Officer – Stores and Receiving – Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

The Senior Finance Officer – Stores and Receiving supports financial-control activities at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, with a focus on reconciliations, supplier transactions and month-end processes. The role helps maintain accurate records and ensures finance documentation is complete, secure and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• process supplier invoices and payments after verifying coding and approvals
• post transactions to the ledger
• maintain physical and digital financial records
• support month-end closing with reconciliations and reports
• update approved supplier bank details securely
• coordinate with stores and receiving teams
• follow internal controls
• assist with audit requests
• and ensure financial information is recorded accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 1–2 years of finance experience in hospitality or a similar industry and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality and proficiency with financial systems are important.
