Senior Embryologist

The Senior Embryologist supports the delivery of high-quality assisted-reproduction laboratory services. The role requires careful laboratory practice, attention to specimen identity and traceability, and close coordination with fertility specialists and other members of the IVF team. Every activity must follow approved protocols, quality requirements and applicable professional standards. The senior embryology role supports IVF laboratory operations and quality practices, including traceability, specimen handling, laboratory monitoring and coordination with fertility specialists. Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned IVF laboratory procedures and maintain accurate records of laboratory activity.
• Follow protocols for specimen identification, handling, processing and traceability.
• Monitor laboratory conditions, equipment performance and quality-control requirements.
• Coordinate information with fertility specialists, nurses and other laboratory colleagues.
• Contribute to safe practice, audit readiness, training and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Experience

Senior-level experience in an IVF or assisted-reproduction laboratory is relevant; confirm the precise minimum years in the live vacancy.

Work must follow approved professional scope, UAE licensing rules, equipment procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in Clinical Embryology, Reproductive Science, Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline; professional eligibility under UAE healthcare rules.
