Restaurant Manager – Arabic Concepts

Kitopi is hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager – Arabic Concepts in Abu Dhabi to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver high standards of service, food quality and guest experience. The role is particularly suited to professionals with strong Arabic or Lebanese cuisine exposure and experience in upscale dining. The manager will lead teams, monitor commercial performance, coordinate with kitchen and support functions, and ensure consistent compliance with operational, hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain efficient service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the restaurant team.
• Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness and guest-experience standards.
• Monitor sales, costs, wastage and profitability.
• Drive sales through team management, upselling, promotions and guest engagement.
• Manage scheduling, attendance, performance and manpower requirements.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement and wastage.
• Coordinate with kitchen, supply chain and central operations teams.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Arabic cuisine, fine dining or upscale hospitality, including significant managerial experience.
• Strong Arabic/Lebanese cuisine and elevated-dining exposure is preferred.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards and POS systems.
