Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with business clients and identify their current and emerging banking needs.
- Acquire or grow relationships through referrals, market activity, networking and structured account planning.
- Explore suitable lending, deposit, payments, cash-management and other business-banking opportunities.
- Coordinate documentation, account opening, credit submissions and fulfilment with relevant internal teams.
- Monitor relationship performance, customer satisfaction, portfolio developments and agreed business targets.
- Follow customer due-diligence, credit policy, conduct requirements and other applicable controls.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in SME, business banking, commercial sales or relationship management is relevant.
- Understanding of business customer needs, credit fundamentals, liabilities or transaction services is useful according to the portfolio.
