Relationship Manager – Business Banking Liabilities – Elite

Job Overview

Acquire and manage Business Banking liability customers, focusing on transactional balances, portfolio growth, cross-selling and high-quality client service in line with bank controls and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, market and book new liability and transaction-business accounts.
• Grow a portfolio of Business Banking liability customers through acquisition and relationship deepening.
• Develop low-cost transactional funds and cross-sell relevant banking products.
• Meet financial targets and service standards.
• Coordinate client service requests with operations and back-office teams.
• Resolve SAS and correspondent-bank queries within agreed TATs.
• Ensure customer profiles and activities meet compliance requirements.
• Use relationship and market knowledge to retain clients and respond to competitive pressures.

Candidate Requirements

• University degree.
• Business Banking relationship-management experience.
• Experience in the Abu Dhabi region is required.
• Knowledge of AML, Central Bank requirements, local commercial banking practices and HNWI relationship management.
• Strong selling, negotiation, networking and communication skills.
