QSHE Coordinator

Almarai is hiring for the position of QSHE Coordinator in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continuous improvement of QSHE management systems and standards.
• Identify operational risks and support strategies to reduce potential threats.
• Conduct internal audits, document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist incident investigations through root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support management of complaints, accidents, recalls and regulatory matters.
• Deliver technical QSHE training and awareness to functional employees.
• Maintain records and evidence required for compliance and management review.
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, health, environmental responsibility and continual improvement.

Requirements

• Relevant quality/safety/environment background; current posting indicates 2-5 years for one version and no experience for another, so candidates should verify the specific requisition; strong audit, investigation and compliance skills.
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills appropriate to the position.
• Ability to follow company policies, quality requirements, safety procedures and professional standards.
