QHSE Officer – Facilities Management Soft Services

Transguard Group is seeking a QHSE Officer for Facilities Management Soft Services in Dubai. The role supports quality, health, safety and environmental standards across assigned service operations. It includes site inspections, documentation, risk awareness, incident follow-up and practical guidance for frontline teams, helping maintain a safe working environment and consistent service quality for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and checks to assess compliance with quality, health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Identify unsafe conditions or service-quality gaps, document findings and follow up with responsible teams on corrective actions.
• Support risk assessments, incident reporting and investigations, ensuring issues are recorded and escalated appropriately.
• Deliver or coordinate briefings and awareness activities so teams understand required safe work practices.
• Maintain QHSE registers, inspection records, action trackers and supporting documentation for internal reviews.
• Work with operations and client representatives to improve standards, prevent recurrence and strengthen ongoing compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring relevant experience in QHSE, safety, quality assurance or facilities-management operations.
• Understand inspections, risk assessments, incident reporting and follow-up of corrective actions.
• Demonstrate clear reporting, attention to detail and the ability to communicate requirements to frontline staff.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
