Account Executive-Workforce Solutions

Transguard Group is seeking an Account Executive for Workforce Solutions in Dubai. The role develops customer relationships and identifies opportunities for staffing and workforce services. The successful candidate will understand client needs, coordinate proposals with delivery teams and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, balancing new business growth with the quality of service provided to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target organisations and generate qualified opportunities for workforce and staffing solutions.
• Meet clients to understand staffing requirements, operating conditions and service expectations.
• Prepare proposals and commercial information with input from operations and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, follow up on opportunities and progress negotiations toward agreed outcomes.
• Maintain existing client relationships, respond to service concerns and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Keep account records and sales forecasts current and report on market activity, wins and pipeline risks.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bring B2B sales, account management, recruitment services or workforce-solutions experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication, prospecting and negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.
• Be comfortable working toward measurable targets and coordinating closely with delivery teams.
• Use sound judgement, keep records accurate and follow relevant policies, confidentiality expectations and internal controls.
• Relevant education, technical training or equivalent practical experience in the field is beneficial; any mandatory credential should be confirmed before applying.
