Private Dining Supervisor

Paramount Hotel Dubai is hiring a Private Dining Supervisor to coordinate daily private dining activities and ensure orders and amenities are delivered accurately, promptly and to the hotel's service standards. The role works closely with waiters and supports the Assistant Manager while maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction. The supervisor will coordinate service, monitor order accuracy, support upselling and ensure that private dining operations remain organised during busy periods. Strong communication and coordination skills are important because the role requires close interaction with guests, order-taking teams, kitchen and other hotel departments. Candidates should have relevant supervisory experience in a 5-star international hotel and strong Private Dining, In-Room Dining or F&B experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily Private Dining and In-Room Dining activities.
• Work with waiters to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders and amenities.
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide operational support to the Assistant Manager.
• Coordinate with order-taking, kitchen and hotel teams to fulfil guest requirements.
• Monitor service flow and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Promote suitable upselling opportunities while maintaining a guest-focused approach.
• Support hygiene, food-safety and hotel operating standards.
• Maintain accurate communication and handover of guest requests.
• Contribute to a positive, organised and professional F&B environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a 5-star international hotel.
• Strong Private Dining, In-Room Dining or F&B experience.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Organised, efficient and positive with a strong guest-service focus.
• Strong upselling skills; HACCP training is an advantage.
• Additional language skills are advantageous.
