Outlet Manager – In-Room Dining

Park Hyatt is seeking a Outlet Manager - In-Room Dining for its food & beverage / in-room dining / hospitality operation in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time position suits a professional who can deliver reliable results, communicate effectively and maintain high standards in a luxury hospitality environment. The role requires ownership of daily priorities, teamwork and a consistent focus on guest experience, quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete in-room dining operation from order taking through preparation coordination, delivery, presentation and clearance.
• Ensure orders are accurate, complete, properly presented and delivered within established service standards.
• Supervise telephone and digital order-taking, ensuring professional communication and strong menu knowledge.
• Coordinate with Culinary on preparation timing, availability, dietary requirements and food allergies.
• Oversee VIP amenities, welcome arrangements, special occasions and private dining requests.
• Train and coach colleagues in order accuracy, telephone etiquette, menu knowledge, upselling and luxury service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of F&B service experience including supervisory or management experience in luxury hospitality
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Hospitality / related field
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Professional conduct and ability to work flexible shifts or peak periods when required.
