Job Overview
SenseTime is hiring Guest Associates, Sales Associates and Photographers for visitor attractions in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. These customer-facing positions combine welcoming guests, capturing photographs and presenting photography products or experiences for purchase. Team members will use DSLR cameras and digital imaging systems, introduce photography packages and help visitors select their preferred images. One to two years of experience in retail, hospitality, entertainment, theme parks or photography is preferred. Training in photography will be provided where required, making this a suitable opportunity for applicants who enjoy service and sales and are interested in technology-led guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, explain available services and help create a positive experience at the attraction.
- Capture guest photographs using DSLR cameras and the equipment or systems provided.
- Present available photography packages, digital images, AI-enabled experiences and souvenirs to visitors.
- Guide guests through image selection and payment, answering questions about available products.
- Work towards individual sales goals and contribute to the commercial performance of the location.
- Operate photography equipment, kiosks and point-of-sale systems responsibly and keep displays and work areas organised.
Requirements and Skills
- One to two years of experience in retail, hospitality, theme parks, entertainment or photography is preferred.
- Have confident communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
- Be comfortable explaining products and working towards sales targets.
- Show interest in photography, digital technology and visitor experiences.
- DSLR camera or POS experience is beneficial; training will be provided where needed.
- Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, evenings and public holidays and across the listed UAE locations.

Employment Details
