Key Responsibilities

• Prepare physiotherapy treatment rooms, gym areas and equipment.
• Set up therapeutic machines and materials requested by physiotherapists.
• Clean, maintain and monitor consumable equipment.
• Assist with patient transfers within the department.
• Support coordinated multidisciplinary patient service.
• Collect departmental data and statistics as required.
• Maintain patient-information materials and complete administrative tasks.
• Answer calls and assist with patient scheduling and departmental organization.

Job Requirements

• Secondary school education.
• No professional license required.
• Good computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Positive, organized, detail-oriented and patient-sensitive approach.
