• Coordinate registrations, approvals, schedules, facilities and participants.
• Facilitate training sessions using in-person and virtual methods.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and performance measures.
• Support clinical staff with mentorship and learning application.
• Ensure programs meet accreditation, regulatory and organizational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Clinical Education, or Business Management and Education.
• Life-support instructor certification.
• Prior education or training experience.
• Creativity, leadership and ability to work with multinational teams.
• Healthcare or internationally accredited-hospital experience is advantageous.
