Key Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care for pediatric intensive-care patients.
• Implement and evaluate care plans according to patient needs and current practice.
• Direct junior and auxiliary staff within professional scope.
• Administer medications safely and monitor patient condition.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Document care accurately and provide family education.
• Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement, training and emergency procedures.

Job Requirements

• Accredited nursing qualification: BSc Nursing or Diploma with at least three years of study.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduation experience, with at least 1 year in current specialty.
• BLS required; Pediatric Advanced Life Support is desirable.
• Strong English communication and computer skills.
• UAE or accredited-hospital experience is advantageous.
