Part time – Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Support – Emirati Talent

A part-time sales operations and support role in Dubai supporting the sales organization with reporting, dashboards, master data, trade-spend visibility and planning processes. The position helps management and sales teams monitor performance and maintain reliable commercial information across reporting and forecasting cycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish daily, weekly and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Provide data analysis and presentation support for sales and business management.
• Maintain trade-spend visibility in CRM and support TTS analysis.
• Prepare templates and data for monthly meetings, MBPC and cluster reporting.
• Maintain customer, hierarchy and material master data in coordination with relevant functions.
• Support sales forecasting processes and keep planning inputs current.
• Coordinate price lists, product listing/delisting and promotion communications.
• Support sales targets and incentive calculations and ensure commercial documentation is complete.

Requirements

• UAE National status applies to the supplied Emirati Talent opportunity.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance.
• 1–2 years of cross-functional experience in sales analysis, sales support or finance; FMCG experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical, computer, communication, time-management and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes and internal controls.
