Global Manager – Commercial Applications Business Owner – Freight Forwarding

Own the day-to-day evolution of commercial applications supporting global freight forwarding operations. The position translates CRM strategy into prioritized requirements, system improvements, process standards and user support. Working across sales, marketing and customer service, the role ensures the platform produces measurable business value through better data, sales productivity, customer retention and commercial decision-making. Strong product ownership, Dynamics 365 expertise and cross-functional leadership are central to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the CRM roadmap into prioritized features, requirements, releases and improvement initiatives.
• Own commercial application processes covering sales, marketing, customer accounts, contacts and service cases.
• Gather business requirements, define acceptance criteria and coordinate configuration and development.
• Lead user acceptance testing, release readiness and quality assurance for application changes.
• Drive sales-process automation and standardization across global freight forwarding teams.
• Improve data quality, governance and reporting to strengthen commercial decision-making.
• Coordinate integration with ERP, quotation platforms and other business systems.
• Develop user training, adoption plans and change-management activities for new capabilities.
• Manage vendors and technology partners and ensure delivery meets business expectations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation across commercial applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, marketing or a related field.
• Experience in CRM, product management, sales operations or commercial applications.
• Deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience across Sales, Marketing or Customer Service modules.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, UAT, release management, stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Power Platform, Dynamics certifications, CRM implementation and freight-forwarding experience are advantageous.
