Outlet Manager

The Outlet Manager leads the operation of a food and beverage outlet and is responsible for guest experience, team performance and commercial results. The role combines service leadership with budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and service standards
• lead, coach and develop colleagues
• monitor guest satisfaction and resolve service concerns
• manage budgets and forecasts
• track revenue and operating costs
• support commercial initiatives and upselling
• maintain food-safety and quality standards
• coordinate with culinary and support departments
• monitor staffing and productivity
• and implement continuous-improvement actions to strengthen service and profitability.

Requirements

• Candidates should have at least five years of food and beverage experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities. Strong commercial understanding, team-development capability, guest engagement skills and communication are required. A hospitality or business degree/diploma is preferred.
