Network Team Leader

Almarai is seeking a capable Network Team Leader professional for its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise network services covering LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, voice and cloud environments.
• Plan network improvements, implementations and support activities while maintaining high availability and performance.
• Strengthen confidentiality, integrity and availability through security controls and governance requirements.
• Coordinate incident resolution, technical changes, vendors and internal stakeholders across network services.
• Support business continuity, cloud adoption and digital transformation through resilient network architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• minimum 5 years network design, implementation and support.
• CCNP and cloud/security certifications preferred.
• LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, SASE and cloud networking experience.
• Arabic and English..
