Manager / Director, Strategic Sourcing, Middle East & Africa

Lead strategic sourcing activities across the Middle East and Africa, supporting commercial value, supplier performance and consistent procurement practices. The role requires strong category management, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills and the ability to manage sourcing priorities across multiple markets. This full-time opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and supports the hotel's daily operations and guest experience. The successful candidate should be dependable, organized and able to work effectively with colleagues across the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans aligned with business and procurement objectives.
• Lead sourcing projects, tenders and supplier-selection processes.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and commercial negotiations.
• Identify cost, quality and service improvement opportunities across categories.
• Work with hotel and corporate stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Support contract management, procurement governance and compliance.

Requirements

• Relevant leadership experience in manager / director, strategic sourcing, middle east & africa or a comparable hotel, commercial or corporate role.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to follow company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
