Job Overview
The Channel Partner Manager grows a partner ecosystem that helps attract business customers and generate quality referrals. The role combines partner acquisition, relationship management, performance tracking and control of referral processes with the broader goals of business banking.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partner strategy focused on customer acquisition and sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify, onboard and manage referral partners, aggregators, consultants, fintechs and other intermediaries.
- Build clear partner processes, service expectations, tracking methods and escalation routes.
- Review referral quality, conversion, portfolio outcomes and partner performance against agreed goals.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, compliance and product teams to resolve partner issues.
- Identify market opportunities and expand the partner network while maintaining appropriate due diligence.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in channel development, partnerships, business banking, sales or acquisition is relevant.
- Knowledge of partner onboarding, referrals, commercial negotiations and performance measurement is useful.
- Candidates should be confident building senior relationships and managing multiple external stakeholders.
