Lead Product Manager

The Lead Product Manager defines product direction and drives delivery for a significant product area. The role combines customer research, commercial strategy, prioritisation, technical coordination and performance measurement. The lead is expected to align teams around clear outcomes, make difficult trade-offs and ensure that product decisions respond to customer needs while supporting the company’s operational and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set a product vision and roadmap grounded in customer insight, business objectives and measurable success indicators.
• Lead discovery work, evaluate evidence and translate opportunities into detailed requirements and prioritised initiatives.
• Partner with design, engineering, analytics and operations to shape solutions and deliver them through planned releases.
• Resolve competing priorities, clarify dependencies and communicate decisions, trade-offs and delivery risks to stakeholders.
• Measure post-launch performance, gather feedback and refine the roadmap based on results and changing needs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Have substantial experience owning digital products or complex product workstreams through discovery and delivery.
• Demonstrate strong product judgement, analytical capability and the ability to make evidence-based trade-offs.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and create requirements teams can execute.
• Be comfortable leading cross-functional work in a fast-changing environment with multiple competing priorities.
