Growth Associate (Emiratisation)

The Growth Associate supports initiatives intended to improve customer acquisition, engagement, transaction activity or commercial performance. The role combines analysis, campaign support, operational coordination and testing of growth ideas. This opportunity is associated with Emiratisation and is suited to a proactive candidate who enjoys working with data, learning quickly and translating observations into practical actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyse performance data to understand funnel behaviour, customer trends and areas where results can improve.
• Support planning and execution of growth campaigns, experiments, promotions or customer-engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate work with product, marketing, operations and commercial teams to deliver agreed activities on time.
• Track initiative results against predefined metrics and prepare concise updates about outcomes and next steps.
• Research customer or market insights and share testable ideas for improving acquisition, retention or conversion.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Meet the applicable UAE National or Emiratisation eligibility conditions.
• Have a relevant educational background and an interest in growth, digital business, marketing or analytics.
• Be comfortable working with spreadsheets, organising information and explaining findings clearly.
• Show initiative, curiosity and the ability to work through changing priorities and deadlines.

Skills and Competencies

• Basic data analysis, campaign coordination, reporting, research, spreadsheet use and teamwork.
