- Track inventory, food cost, waste and kitchen expenses, using ingredients responsibly and limiting avoidable losses.
- Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to maintain suitable stock and prevent service disruption.
- Ensure kitchen equipment is handled properly, kept in good condition and reported for maintenance when required.
- Address operational challenges quickly and maintain workflow during high-volume service.
- Apply cost-control measures, improve productivity and support menu development or operational improvement projects when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Four to six years of experience in burger or fast-food kitchen operations.
- Prior experience as a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef or Head Chef is preferred.

- Leadership and team-management skills, with the ability to coach staff and set clear expectations.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements.
- Knowledge of food costing and inventory management; QSR or casual-dining experience is beneficial.
