Human Resources Manager – Dubai

A multinational organisation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support its Dubai headquarters and contribute to people initiatives across the Middle East and Africa. This is a newly created, standalone position combining hands-on HR operations, business partnering and regional project work. The successful candidate will advise managers, support employees and help develop more consistent HR processes across a geographically diverse organisation. The position also has a focus on improving the employee experience through HR technology, workflow automation and better use of people data.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR business partner and provide practical advice to managers and employees on a broad range of people matters.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development and employee engagement.
• Contribute to regional HR policies, frameworks, tools and processes, helping establish consistent practices across the organisation.
• Guide local HR representatives across MEA offices while taking account of local legislation and business requirements.
• Review HR processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through HR systems, automation and data analytics.
• Support regional HR initiatives through guidance, training and feedback to stakeholders.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation, prepare management reports and support audits, governance and compliance.
• Work with HR, General Affairs, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other regional or global teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Five to ten years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR business partner or generalist role.
• Practical experience across HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance and talent management.
• Experience advising business leaders in a multinational and culturally diverse environment; MEA exposure is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HR process improvement, HR systems, automation, people analytics or digital transformation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and confidentiality skills, with the ability to work independently.

Employment Details

The role is based in Dubai and is full-time. The advertised monthly salary range is AED 18,000 to AED 21,000, with a flight ticket and bonus also indicated as part of the package.
