Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests promptly and guide them to suitable seating arrangements in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain food and beverage offerings, including buffet choices, and answer routine guest questions.
• Coordinate seating and service flow with servers, chefs and managers to support a smooth experience.
• Observe guest needs and communicate requests or special circumstances to the appropriate team members.
• Monitor customer feedback and report relevant comments or concerns to the Supervisor on Duty.
• Help maintain a tidy, welcoming reception and lounge environment while following service procedures.
• Support colleagues during busy periods and contribute to consistent guest service standards.
