Job Overview

DP World is recruiting a Head - Smart Solution in Dubai to lead smart, technology-enabled solutions that improve operational performance and support digital transformation. The role combines strategic leadership, solution development, stakeholder engagement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of smart solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to use digital technologies to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate solution design, implementation, testing and adoption.
• Work with business, technology and external partners to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps and performance measures for smart initiatives.
• Monitor emerging technologies and assess their practical business applications.
• Lead teams and stakeholders through transformation and change.

Requirements

• Degree in technology, engineering, business or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in digital transformation, smart solutions or technology delivery.
• Strong leadership, solution-design and stakeholder-management capability.
• Experience with IoT, automation, data or connected operational technologies is advantageous.
