Fitness Technician (GYM & SPORT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN)

We are seeking a capable and motivated professional for the Fitness Technician (GYM & SPORT EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN) position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will contribute to smooth day-to-day operations, maintain high standards, and work closely with relevant teams to achieve business and service objectives. Key Responsibilities

Deliver a high-quality retail experience while supporting sales, product availability, merchandising, and customer engagement. Understand product features and customer needs and use that knowledge to recommend suitable products. Maintain attractive displays, accurate stock levels, and orderly selling areas. Support seasonal launches, promotions, visual standards, and commercial initiatives. Track relevant sales or store performance measures and take action when results fall below expectations. Work closely with store leadership, merchandising, marketing, allocation, and operations teams. For management roles, coach employees, plan staffing, control inventory, and ensure store standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements

• Retail experience in sports, fashion, fitness, or consumer products is preferred for experienced positions. Customer-facing roles require a service-focused attitude and willingness to work retail schedules.
• Retail sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory, commercial awareness, communication, teamwork are important for success in this role.
• Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a professional approach.
• Ability to follow procedures, manage priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
