Senior Manager – Trade Sales

The Senior Manager – Trade Sales develops and executes transaction-banking solutions for large Corporate and Institutional Banking clients. The work involves understanding complex or customised requirements and coordinating the full deal process, from origination and structuring through documentation, approvals, booking and ongoing monitoring. Solutions may draw on Trade and Supply Chain Finance, Cash Management and Payment Solutions to help clients manage working capital and improve operating efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Originate and develop transaction-banking opportunities with large corporate and institutional clients.
• Understand bespoke customer requirements and shape suitable trade, cash-management and payment solutions.
• Manage transactions from initial structuring through legal documentation, accounting and operational implementation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure the required approvals and guidance for complex deals.
• Work with corporate finance and treasury contacts to understand client priorities and operating requirements.
• Ensure customised processing, monitoring and booking requirements are agreed before a transaction is executed.
