Manager – Operations Integration

The Manager – Operations Integration leads the operational workstream for transitioning RBL operational activities into the Group Operations operating model. The role coordinates the integration of back-office processes, servicing, fulfilment, reconciliations, settlements, exception handling, workflow queues, controls and reporting routines. It aims to maintain service continuity, harmonise processes, reduce operational risk and stabilise the integrated operating environment after migration. The Manager is expected to manage dependencies and help teams move from project activity into stable business-as-usual operations. Good integration planning requires clear ownership, documented control points and early escalation of issues that could affect customers or operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and govern an Operations integration plan covering scope, milestones, migration waves and readiness criteria.
• Translate the enterprise integration strategy into an actionable plan aligned with the target operating model.
• Coordinate current-state and future-state assessments across servicing, fulfilment, reconciliations and settlement activities.
• Define future roles, responsibilities, service levels, hand-offs, control points and reporting routines.
• Map end-to-end journeys, workflow ownership, maker-checker controls and service escalation paths.
• Coordinate with RBL Operations, Group Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Products and other stakeholders.
• Provide management reporting on readiness, sequencing, service continuity, productivity, capacity and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• The role requires experience or capability in operational integration and end-to-end process change.
