Majid Al Futtaim is recruiting for Establishment Services Sr. Specialists | Emirati Talent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Establishment Services Specialist supports the processing and tracking of business licences, permits and government transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Track application status, expiry dates, inspection requirements and supporting paperwork, escalating delays when necessary.
- Coordinate permit or approval requests with the appropriate internal teams, service providers and government offices.
- Maintain organised digital and physical records and provide accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Help resolve documentation gaps, answer routine process questions and improve the consistency of administrative workflows.
- Prepare, check and submit documents for licence issuance, renewal, amendments and related government services.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience in administration, PRO support, licensing, government transactions or a related service function is useful.
- High attention to detail when handling names, dates, legal documents and supporting information.
- Ability to follow procedures, prioritise deadlines and communicate progress clearly.
