Description
Lead the development of a permanent operational excellence function focused on standardisation, measurable performance and continuous improvement across healthcare facilities. The role connects process governance, transformation, analytics, automation and operational value realisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish process ownership, standards, KPIs and governance using structured process-management methods.
- Lead the transition of transformation initiatives into sustainable internal operating practices.
- Develop operational visibility and command-centre capabilities around capacity, patient flow and performance.
- Partner with IT, Digital and business teams to identify practical opportunities for AI and automation.
- Measure operational and financial benefits and provide senior leadership with clear performance insight.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification in business, operations, healthcare, engineering or a related field
- Experience: Senior leadership experience in operational excellence, process transformation and continuous improvement
- Professional approach: Strong communication, patient focus, teamwork, accurate documentation and commitment to applicable UAE healthcare standards.
